He said Robinson \u201cdidn\u2019t go into detail\u201d about the attack.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cI just asked him in person if what he said was true the night before and he said it was,\u201d Twiggs said. \u201cHe started crying a little bit and said he wishes he hadn\u2019t done it and then kept going around and just doing stuff, I think to keep himself busy or distracted.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Robinson also apparently said he planned to talk to his parents or turn himself into authorities as his next step, according to the testimony.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Twiggs also said he saw Robinson engraving the bullets that would later be used in the attack.<\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cI don\u2019t remember exactly when, but he had said he was planning to go hunting with his family and he asked me\u2026 if we had a Dremel, because he said he wanted to engrave messages on bullets,\u201d Twiggs said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cHey fascist, catch,\u201d read the engraving on one round. Another round was engraved with the message \u201cBella ciao, bella ciao, bella ciao,\u201d a reference to a song favored by resistance movements and revolutionary anti-capitalist partisans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Additionally, the spent casing that killed Kirk was engraved with \u201cNotices bulge OwO what\u2019s this?\u201d The phrase appears to come from an old internet meme that is popular in online \u201cfurry\u201d communities, which are made up of users who have a sexual fetish related to furry animals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Robinson\u2019s attorneys had fought to keep the court from seeing the video of Twiggs, a biological man who identifies as a transgender woman and who was Robinson\u2019s live-in romantic partner at the time of the murder, but attorneys representing media outlets and Kirk\u2019s widow, Erika Kirk, successfully fought for the footage to be presented.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/americanhousingtransition.com\/?p=273\">Graham Platner Drops Out of Maine Senate Race Following Sexual Assault Allegation<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span>Twiggs has been granted \u201cuse-immunity\u201d for the interview, which means it can\u2019t be used against <\/span><span>Twiggs in any future prosecution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Prosecutors had previously revealed that Twiggs told authorities that Robinson confessed to killing Kirk, hiding the murder weapon, and throwing away his clothes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In previously-released text messages, Robinson told Twiggs\u00a0<span>that he had \u201chad enough of\u201d Kirk\u2019s \u201chatred.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Robinson also instructed Twiggs to <span>read a note he had left under his keyboard in which he admitted to the assassination.\u201cI have the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I\u2019m going to take it,\u201d the note read.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Robinson explained to Twiggs that he felt compelled to kill Kirk to stop the conservative activist from spreading \u201chate.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cI had enough of his hatred. Some hate can\u2019t be negotiated out,\u201d Robinson wrote. Robinson also further confessed when pressed by Twiggs.
